HIGH PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM 

The St. Catharines Brock Jr Badgers High Performance Development Program (HPDP) encompasses a unified skills and development program for the U18AA, U15AA, U13AA, and U11AA programs within the SCFHA Girls Hockey Association. Coaches, staff and players work and compete in a collaborative environment across the four teams to prepare the St. Catharines Brock Jr Badgers for hockey at the highest levels in the sport. The goal is to develop from within the organization and focus on a “whole” player development philosophy.

This program is for young women who have a high level of commitment to the Hurricanes program and who have been selected as players who can excel at the U11, U13, U15, and U18 AA levels. The HPDP is committed to providing a high-level program for our committed and accountable players, and create an environment and culture that will give every deserving athlete the opportunity to compete at the highest levels.
