SCFHA Goalie Development Program

SCFHA Brock Jr. Badgers Goalie Development Program

The St. Catharines Female Hockey Association is pleased to welcome Kristen DiCiocco as the lead goaltending instructor, working directly with our Brock Jr. Badgers teams on a FREE in-season goalie development program (ISGDP).

Kristen is a Robert Morris University alumni and competed in the NCAA for the Colonials Division 1, helping the Colonials to their first conference title in 2011-2012. She racked up numerous accomplishments during her time with the Colonials, including all-conference and MVP honours.Photo by RMU Athletics

Kristen will lead small groups through a series of development sessions with an emphasis on the technical, physical and mental aspects of goaltending. This year will be a start-up phase, laying the foundation needed for the Jr. Badgers ISGDP to achieve a 360-degree, holistic approach required for future goalie development. During the 2018-2019 season, the SCFHA will have a full program that will follow through and consist of the 360-degree, holistic approach to advancing the development of each goalie.

The SCFHA is also pleased to announce Gregg Hollowell as the Brock Jr Badgers director of goalie development.
