House League, FUNdamentals and Chaos Rep Registration

 UPDATED

House League and FUNdamental Programs will begin registration June 7th.

Chaos Rep Hockey has completed their tryouts and teams have been selected for the 2010-11 season. There are goaltender openings in certain divisions. Email Jim Richardson for details.

House League has limited spots available. Fee will remain at $500.00 per player.

FUNdamental registrations will be accepted to October 1st.

 You have two options to register for House League and FUNdamentals:
1. Mail in your completed registration form with full payment to our PO Box listed below.
2. Fax your completed form with VISA / MC payment to the SCFHA @ 905-937-5380.

SCFHA Office is currently closed. We are in the process of moving to a new location. Please use one of the 2 options above.

Please note: House League hockey interlocks with Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake and Grimsby.

Chaos registration must be paid in full by July 28th.
